4Matic

This is a permanent all-wheel drive vehicles used Mercedes-Benz. The drive is implemented using the 4ETS . 4Matic system improves driveability and traction capability of the vehicle due to transfer of power to all four wheels. Distribution transmission with an open central differential distributes the torque between the two axles. History:
The first mention of the 4Matic date back to 1985 when it introduced the car at the IAA in Frankfurt. System utilized the most advanced electronics and hydraulics with automatic axle lock ASD.
